Wet Lab
- smell the 'mint' LCs
- LC colonies from the yeast transformation
- give Meagan the final biobrick streaked plates from 10/28 + double-checked excel sheet
- finish off registry updates
- create/streak E0840 parts??
- check with Jason on 'banana' status. Ask if he has a glycerol of sequenced J45400 part (note: physical part in Knight Lab is bad!, so need to re-streak J45400)
- check with Barry on graph status
- check Samantha's yeast transformation email
- Make massive amounts of LCs for the Demo - don't forget to add correct substrate concentration
