1. Add PCNB to the GC samples- DONE

2. Run ALL 18 samples on the GC- DONE

3. Go to Stephanopolous lab to ask about GC- DONE (We are able to use it!!!)

4. Make three LCs with precursor added of J45250 1AT3 transformants- DONE

5. Do poster session for Amgen- DONE
