Done today: Glycerol stocks made from overnight cultures (see yesterday for details) 800μL culture 600μL 100% glycerol Stored in -80°C freezer in iGEM Box 2 Light sensitive test Plates made with Kan Chlor Amp Arabinose X-Gal pCph8/pL-pCB culture streaked on two of these plates One wrapped in foil, stored in incubator lvl 1 Other incubated in genetics incubator with light on Alex & Stephen
