  • Purified PCR products of pGLO (from mp 2, 3, 4)
  • Restriction digests left for overnight incubation:
    • pGLO with X, P
    • P8 1C with S, P
    • P2 8F (lock 3b) with S, P
    • P2 8H (lock 3d) with S, P
