PBBRMCS-5 Digestion Electrophoresis Gel We run an electrophoresis gel to see the results of yesterday's digestion. Electrophoresis Gel We made a 1% agarose gel. (100 mL of TAE 1X and 1 gr. of agarose) 1st Lane -> 5 μL DNA Ladder (Fermentas) 2nd Lane -> 2.5 μL of PBBRMCS-5 digested plasmid with XBA I and Hind III, 2.5 DNA loading Dye. (1) 3rd Lane -> 2.5 μL of PBBRMCS-5 digested plasmid with XBA I and Hind III, 2.5 DNA loading Dye. (2) 4th Lane -> 2.5 μL of PBBRMCS-5 undigested, 2.5 DNA loading dye (control) 5th Lane -> 5 μL DNA Ladder (Fermentas) Run for 50 minutes at 110 volts.
