Blunting Ends We blunted the sticky ends of the DNA digestion Blunting NEBuffer 2 10X -> 2μL dNTPs -> 4 μL Digested PBBRMCS-5 Plasmid DNA -> 10 μL Klenow -> 1μL For a total reaction of 20 μL. Leave for 1 hour at 25ºC. Stop Knlenow actitivy at 75ºC during 20 minutes.
