Objectives To transform the yesterday's ligations in order to see if the digested PCR was joined to the digested PCR Trasnformation I did 4 reactions of transformation, corresponding to the four ligation reactions and one negative control of the tranformation procedure following this protocol We expect to see more colonies in the transformation of the reaction 1 and 2 than in the reaction 3.
