An error Today the team realized that the standardization had an error, because a fragment neccesary was absent in our pBBR1MCS-5 standard plasmid. this is because when we didn't amplify the full standard region form the pSB1T3 plasmid (which was inserted into pBBR1MCS-5), due to an error designing the forward primer. I re-designed it and will repeat all the experiment, the new primer is: >RFP-UP-Ok///melting60.8°C CGG GCC CGA GTG CCA CCT GAC GTC TAA GAA ACC ATT ATT AT This primer will be ready on monday
