News Chlamydomonas reinhardtii wild type Today Helena and me went to the "Instituto de Fisiología Celular" of UNAM and ask to Miriam if she could give us more chlamydomonas reinhardtii, because the last chlamydomonas was contaminated by fungi. Miriam give us a stock of chlamydomonas and later Helena grow it in the TAP medium. (1) Petri dish- TAP medium with Ampicillin. (2) Petri dish- TAP medium with Ampicillin + Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. (3) Petri dish- TAP medium with Ampicillin + Chlamydomonas reinhardtii.
