10.1.10 The PCR of golT from 9/30 was purified and eluted with 30 uL of water. A colony boil of the gesA, gesB, gesC, gols + Terminator + B0034, and golB + Terminator + B0034 was done so a PCR verification could be done using VR/VF2 primers. A gel was then made for all of the PCR verifications and also a gel was made for the goLT PCR from 9/30/10.
