  • Miniprepped the plasmid prs316 pkk841, miniprepped the gfp sequence pFA6a-GFP (s65t)-kanMX6, performed Gibson assembly on oligos 1-8 at 30 and 45 minutes. Nanodropped the miniprepped product.
