June 26th 2010

  • Results from yesterday's assembly/transformation: R1-only red colonies except for 1 small one in which its difficult to tell, R2- 3 colonies, R3- only red colonies except for 1 which is definitely NOT red
  • Repeat Ligation using combinations of parts that previous day's gel proved had been properly digested. Now 4 new reactions. R1- Ref + RFP, R2-As + death, R3- As + RFP, R4- Ref + death
  • Transformation
