A perl script to parse DAS/FASTA output of the Parts Registry.
- IMPORTANT: before running the script, save the following webpage in the same folder as the script: http://partsregistry.org/fasta/parts/All_Parts
- The script creates three csv files; one each for the three tables of the toy database.
- The number of parts processed can be controlled via the $count variable.
