CellDesigner: Reactions
Overview

- Create a new reaction: Select the approriate transition icon. Select 'source' compound, and then select 'Destination' compound. A transition is created.
- Delete a reaction: Select the reaction. Menu: Edit --> Delete.
- Edit a reaction : Double click a Reaction, click and change anything in the dialog box, and then, see what is changed after click "Apply" button.
