M13 labeling
In the Juenger Lab, we often use M13 universal primers in the development of length polymorphism makers.
This is the m13 sequence that we use: TGT AAA ACG ACG GCC AGT
Example of forward primer format for ordering: TGT AAA ACG ACG GCC AGT CTG CTC TGC TTG GTG ATC GT
The m13 sequence is pasted right in front of the forward primer sequence.
