Miniprep

  • Use the NucleoSpin Plasmid kit (Macherey-Nagel) instructions, with the following exceptions:
    • saturated bacterial culture can be centrifuged at 4000 rpm, 4degC, 10 min;
    • elution step can be done with 30 ul of Milli-Q water (from the filter of the Millipore machine).
