8.5.08 Digest Gel

120 V for 30 minutes, 1% gel, stain for 15 minutes in EtBr. Lanes 3, 4, and 5 all differed from lane 2 suggesting that the enzymes are working properly and that the double digest is in fact yielding a doubly cut vector. I excised the ~5 kb band from lane 5 and the ~800 bp band from lane 6. Gel purified, eluted in 50 μl elution buffer.
