7.28.08 Bradford Results from HmgR Elution

Wells 1 and 2 had some blue, but relatively little.

Wells 3-5 had a peak, 4 being the highest of all wells.

Wells 6-12 were somewhat dark, though significantly less that wells 3-5.

Wells 13-19 were slightly blue, and 20 - 28 were barely blue at all.

I'm going to run the gel with fractions 3-14.
