First gel - ran with Mayuree. Made up mix of regents according to her protocol (about 2x). Set the gel 2 days before running it - kept in -4 until used on Thursday. Used Mini Isolation protocol to produce lysate and ran 5 μl in each lane.
Induction looks good. Our band (~28 kDa) is where it should be and only appears significantly in the induced lanes. Presence seems to be balanced between pellet and cytosolic fraction.
