PGP:Haplotyping

Purpose

Many inheritable traits can be traced back to either of parents on a phenotypic level. Doing the same at the genetic level requires that we know which of the chromosomal pair a given sequence belongs to. An accurate and rapid haplotyping method allow for robust large-scale diploid sequencing assembly as well as improved genotype association studies and imprinted gene mapping.
