  • Received 10ug of RAR/RXR ligand from Dr. Anathanarayanan
  • Will transfect with RARE, Pcmv, and RAR/RXR ligand, then stimulate with RA, and measure luciferase
  • Prepared 1 million cells per transfection for Jurkat and 3T8 cell line
