What I did today Ran gel of aRNA for F1 and analyzed results (picture is in notebook) Prepared and ran growth experiment, plates were diluted and placed in proper incubators at 5:00pm Took pictures of previous GE's and recorded results Analyzed streaked plates 1-6 at 15°C day 7 and discarded Streaked out new strains for Dr. Dahlquist and recorded what strains grew on plates and in liquid glycerols.
