Preparation of cell sample

• innoculate a single colony from ECT501(for comparison) and three colonies from transformants(T1, 2, 3) into 5ml LB+kan liquid broth (at 3:30pm)
• incubate 4 x 50ml tubes at 37°C with 250rpm for around 12-16hrs(less than 16hrs)
• Tomorrow, before doing miniprep, I should innoculate liquid sample(maybe around 100ul) into another 5ml LB+kan
