Made new plate of MG1655

  • Put DBG2 glycerol stock on Amp100 dish (MG1655 w/ gfp) and put in 37 deg incubator at 5:40 pm on Monday.
  • Should take them out first thing in the morning ~9:30 AM. (approx 16 hours incubation).
