Summary

Began transfection of BT474 cells. 2 µg of KAH126-MV2 per well, 6 wells with DNA, 3 with control (no DNA). Lipofectamine protocol followed by 30 minutes centrifugation at 100g. Will replace medium 6 hours post-transfection. Will take timepoints at 1, 2, and 3 days post-transfection.

Harvested Day 1 BT549 samples. Took photographs (fluorescence microscopy) and measured fluorescence via flow cytometry. Samples are in Trizol at -80 °C.
