The Daily Grind

  • At 12 pm, started a 96 well plate with plate 3 glycerol to get )OD600 and double check growth rates, as well as dipping the 96 well pins into R2A in a big petri dish and transfering that to flasks for slow shaking at 28 degrees for 24, 48, or 72 hours. Will take samples of these at 100% and 0.1% concentration(and a 3 hour time point too) to estimate which microbes are most populus.
  • Waiting for fresh DdeI to come in so I can do ARDRA on 16S clones from all the different seed (which worked real well and are all in pDRIVE).
