The Daily Grind

  • Ground up roots from GFP tagged innoculated endophytes and spread of 50 ul pure juice on one side of a Kan R2A plate, vs 50 ul of 50 x diluted juice on the other side.
  • Innoculated potatoes with my ARABINOSE inducible constructs at OD=0.2. These were put into media with Arabinose and IPTG. Lets see...
  • Repeated the liquid dip vs top agarose injection trial. Lets see which gives more reproducible results...
