The Daily Grind Did quick and dirty trial of corn innoculated with RNAi constructs. Put 200 ul of day old OD=0.2 JM109 E. coli containing Arabad:GFP, Arabad:PDS, and Arabad:TB1 onto five corn seeds in individual PNCM plus arabinose tubes. Not sterile (all the tubes already had fungus) but we'll just see what happens. Put potatoes to be weighed into the 4 degree to weigh on Monday.
