The Daily Grind Temperature and humidity in the greenhouse are automatically recorded, but light is not so I have to measure that separetely. Light intensity on a sunny day AND Light intensity on a cloudy day - no one has a light meter here, so I will work with Jean to get one from the University next week Making R2A media for gauging sterility of soils - putting 1 mL of liquid into 0.5 mL of soil, subsoil, or sand and diluting this 100 X (100 ul into 1 mL of sterile water) - then spreading 100 ul of this on a plate Watering plants today
