Remains of the Day Update gel photos from yesterday. Redo ITS PCRs, using positive controls and fewer samples. Make cDNA from actigard drench and spray Send Brazil rhizosphere samples for frag analysis. Spray tomato plants with IBR and actigard. The below was 35 cycles, 50 degree anealing, and done on the first open chamber treatment (collected at 72hrs post back in October) of poatoes and tomates.
