Remains of the Day Redid PCR of soil, water, and spermosphere samples from Brazil cause they behaved wonky in the PCA. All looks good (see gel) so continuing on to do overnight digest with this product and ethanol precipitation. On a related note, I will contact Chapel Hill by email later to discuss project and will inquire about possibility of doing fungal TRFLP as well.
