Remains of the Day

  • Extract DNA from MBF samples
  • Plant new genotype of corn (Dakalb 50-44 refuge) with winning TBG concentrations
  • Finish strawberry rhizosphere TRFLP analysis
  • The competent Dh5alpha I made on last Friday were tested and are very competent - gonna start using them to clone PCR products before submitting them to TRFLP.
