Remains of the Day Plant corn again, using the Alpine starter fertilizer (surfactant in the product makes it real hard to dissolve aqueous TBG and fractions) Redo PCRs of failed samples from yesterday - use half as much DNA in order to reduce PCR inhibitors Restrict the lot of them for sending to Guelph later today (put 0.25 ul of HhaI in bacteria and BstNI in both Fungal and Oomycete - overnight digest)
