Remains of the Day

  • Put different root and rhizosphere samples of diff tomato genotypes into 96 well plate and froze - also did PCR for TRFLP of all of these
  • Isolated and froze root samples of strawberry trial and TBG seed treated corn samples (grown in growth room)
