Remains of the Day

  • Gel of the 96 organic amendmant samples for TRFLP
  • Identify Beaufort, RST, and H2401 root samples that Steve sent us, extract DNA using normal way (to compare with growth room)
  • Go over old TRFLP data, see if there's candidate reverse fungal fragments which may be targetted for physical TRFLP
  • Start writing tomato report
