Remains of the Day

  • Go over root TRFLP results from growth room trial, rep 2 (only got as far as the fungal FAM cause of lengthy handchecking)
    • Do the same for rhizosphere results if they come in today
  • Read papers and email Derek and Jeff back for thanks
  • Start a little trial next week with potato plantlets to see how long they need to be in soil to develop a mature, stable rhizosphere population
