- Redo California strawberry oomycete PCRs, with lower annealing temperature (55 degrees) and more cycles - 50 perhaps vs 44. Also used the Invitrogen PCR buffer this time, instead of NEB which I used last time.
- Start treating Bonny Best tomato leaves with TBG products at previously ascertained concentrations.
- 1. Water control: deionized water was sprayed onto leaves until dripping
- 2. Actigard powder was mixed at 100 ug / mL and sprayed onto leaves until dripping,
- 3. Fraction F4, at a 1:75 dilution, was pH adjusted to 7, then sprayed onto leaves until dripping
- 4. Fraction FX, at a 1:75 dilution, was pH adjusted to 7, then sprayed onto leaves until dripping
- 5. TBG liquid, at a 1:50 dilution, was sprayed onto leaves until dripping
