Spectra of Mb Phosphate in MeOH at Various Temperatures 14.5mg Mb Citrate was mixed with 1mL MeOH. Mixture was placed in a 1mL cuvette. Temperature control was set to 5°C. The cuvette sat in the 5°C for 10 minutes before the spectrum was saved. This process was repeated for temperatures 15°C, 25°C, etc.
