Anderson Collection Plasmids Extractions ABSTRACT Plasmid extraction for half the Anderson Collection 100-109 Today Melissa, Daniel and I extracted the plasmid from half the bacteria grown yesterday. We had enough medium for four 1.5ml tubes, which we labeled A, B, C or D. We then ran the necessary gels to asses the extractions quality.
