Anderson Collection Plasmids Extractions Abstract Corroboration digestions (and gel runs) for the plasmid extractions of July 27. Having selected yesterday the plasmid extractions that worked properly, Melissa and I digested them with EcoRI. We have 53 digestions, corresponding to those extractions whic were clean and concentrated enough. I ran gels to corroborate these extractions quality with the digestions. One single bar indicates that the plasmid is both clean and present (at aproximately 3kb).
