Methods

  1. Make solutions of 200 nM MB open and closed.
    • Open MB solution contains 10x excess of complimentary strand.
  2. Incubate solutions at 75°C for 30 min.
  3. Incubate solutions at room temp for 30 min.
  4. Run fluorescence.
  5. Run FCS.
