Vesicles Extruded vesicles from 0.1% TR solution. Had enough of the lipid solution post buffer and freeze-thaw, but pre-extrude, to possibly do another batch when this one stops working if this amount of fluorescence seems to be good. Both extruded vesicles and lipid solution are in the fridge. DLS numbers for the vesicles gave hydronamic radii of 70.36 ± 19.77, 72.93 ± 8.05, and 71.85 ± 8.00 nm. This is pretty consistent.
