Objective

Today we're going to prepare the stock solutions (BSA and Gold) we'll be using for our further experiments. Moreover, we're going to keep investigate on our protocol (which dye are we going to use? how are we going to bind our dye to NPs?) and also we updated our notebook.

Protocol

  • BSA Stock Solution (17.7µM) :
  1. Add 0.0472g of BSA (66463 g/mol) + 40ml of water
  • Gold Stock solution (2.9mM):
  1. Add 0.01990g of HAuCl4 (339.79g/mol) + 20ml of water
