I work in the Your Lab at XYZ University. I learned about OpenWetWare from Google, and I've joined because As an undergraduate biomedical engineering student, I have not had much exposure to molecular biology techniques. I have had some exposure through 3 years of undergraduate research at my university and other institutions (NIH, Case Western Reserve University) via internship programs. Most of the research I have been involved in is within the realm of gene and drug delivery (siRNA delivery, cancer therapeutics). In order to expand on my knowledge of current techniques in the field, I would like to join this site.
What can I edit? As my knowledge and hands on experience grows, I will be able to contribute more to the editing process of the site. This contribution will come over this next year as I graduate and go into graduate school for PhD..
