  • Research Summary
  • Our current researches focus on the development and application of LC/MS, GC/MS and NMR based metabolomics technology combined with genetic approach as a general discovery tool in the fields of chemical biology and innovative drug research. Specific Aim 1: dissecting metabolic mechanisms of muscle injury and health under varied levels of exercises and interventions, and the pathogenesis of metabolic diseases and infectious diseases; Specific Aim 2: elucidating the therapeutic mechanisms of small-molecule drugs, Medicinal Plants and TCM formulae against those healthy issues above; Specific Aim 3: promoting the discovery and development of novel small molecule drugs and bioactive compounds based innovative medicines.
