Overnight Growth

I put on overnight growth of nine 10ml bottles using 10µl of 50mg/µl Kanamycin stock.

Colonies were picked from the overnight plate growth:

  1. 4 colonies from the previous working pAU66katE#A1#2 plate
  2. 1 colony from pUA66katE#A1, SAP
  3. 1 colony from pUA66katE#B1, SAP
  4. 1 colony from pUA66katE#Diff, SAP
  5. 1 colony from pUA66katE#1, Normal Ligase
  6. 1 colony from pUA66katE#2, Normal Ligase

The bottles were placed in a shaker at 37ºC and grew overnight
