Description

This is a continuation of Ben's work, and a repeat of the trial done here. Four TLC plates were run in a mobile phase (Isobutyric acid - 1M NH4OH - 0.1M disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate (50:30:0.8 v./v.)) as described by Dhea.

Plate A: ATP in H2O; Ru complex in Acetonitrile; Butylammonium Chloride as described ; Ru complex in DMF

Plate B: ATP in H2O; Ru complex in Acetonitrile; Ru complex A with ATP in H2O;

Plate C: ATP in H2O; Ru complex in Acetonitrile; Ru complex B with ATP in H2O

Plate D (Glass Plate): ATP in H2O; Ru complex in Acetonitrile; Butylammonium Chloride; Ru complex in DMF; Ru complex A with ATP in H2O; Ru complex B with ATP in H2O.
