May 20th

1. Run gel to verify DNA extraction from E. coli K12, made on may 19th by Augusto and Paz.

  • Extraction was done using the UltraCleanTM Microbial DNA Isolation Kit (MoBio Laboratories, Inc.).
Lanes: 1,4) Ladder; 2) DNA extraction Augusto; 3) DNA extraction Paz.
  • It seems DNA extraction didn’t work again, but tomorrow I will repeat the gel electrophoresis to confirm this result.


2. Team meeting.

Start working on the logo and official name.
Deadlines:
-June 8th: Deadline Open Wet Ware, design logo.
