May 31st, 2010 1. Make PCR with my reactives and then verify results in agarose gel 3% and 0.8%. Tubes for PCR are: BP-JR (Blue Promoter-Jorge’s Reactives), OGR-JR, 1kb-JR (1kb Jorge’s Reactives), C+ (Positive control). Agarose Gel 0.8% Lanes: 1,7) Ladder; 2) BP-JR1 (Blue promoter Jorge’s reactives); 3) BP-JR1; 4) OGR-JR; 5) 1kb Control-JR; 6) Positive Control.
