Week 8-14th, March Search a green light receptor The green receptor found is a CcaS which phosphorilates CcaR and activates transcription of regulated genes by upstream sequence Cyanobacteriochrome CcaS is the green light receptor that induces the expression of phycobilisome linker protein . This system could be expressed in E. Coli for green light reception.
